Queensland Exit Condition Report - Moveable Dwelling / Site

The Residential Tenancies Act requires that at the end of a tenancy where the tenant paid a rental bond, this form must be completed by both the landlord and the tenant during a final inspection of the rental premises.
The form is only for moveable dwellings and sites (caravans, caravan parks, etc).

This form is not for evictions. It can only be used when both the landlord and tenant agree to terminate the lease early.
This Agreement should only be used for residential leases. A different form is required for commercial tenancies.
The tenant must still give the landlord written notice setting out the proposed termination date.
