- The notice is given by a contractor or subcontractor under Alaska Statutes Â§ 34.35.064.
- The purpose of the Notice is to inform the property owner of the details with respect to what materials, labor or equipment will be provided, who the contract is with (if not with the owner), who the construction lender is, and what the estimated value of the items furnished is.
- A Proof of Service Affidavit is included. This should be sworn in front of a Notary after the document has been served.
