Renter Requirements

• The renter is required to provide a comprehensive list of all items stored within the unit. This list must include the approximate value of the contents and the names of any lienholders or other parties with claims on the stored items.

• The renter must obtain and maintain insurance coverage for the contents of the unit. The insurance policy must be of sufficient value and remain active throughout the rental period.

Access and Usage

• Unit access is permitted only during the storage facility owner’s business hours.
• Access to the unit is contingent upon the renter not being in breach of any terms of the rental contract.

Facility Rights and Legal Compliance

The storage facility retains a lien on the unit’s contents should the renter default, as prescribed by Washington laws.
