Florida Notice of Recommencement
If construction on your property is going to restart after a work stoppage, you're required by Florida law to serve a Notice of Recommencement.
- The property owner must give notice of the first day that construction, improvements or renovations on the property will recommence.
- The Notice sets out the details of the contractor, the surety, the guarantor and the work that is being performed on the property.
- You can re-use the form whenever you need to. No additional fees - just purchase, download and save.
The Florida Notice of Recommencement form is an essential legal document for developers or property owners who own multiple properties.
