NSW Notice of Unpaid Rent
If your tenant has failed to pay the rent on time, you can serve him/her with this NSW Notice of Unpaid Rent, in accordance with the New South Wales Residential Tenancies Act 1987.
- The notice specifies the date by which the tenant must pay the overdue rent.
- If the rent is not paid by the given date, the landlord will serve the tenant with a notice of termination to end the tenancy.
