Manage residential and commercial rental properties in North Dakota with these downloadable Rental Property Management Forms. Write your leases, rental contracts and tenant notices quickly and easily.
Property managers in North Dakota must be licensed real estate brokers, unless their management duties do not include leasing activities, in which case a license is not required. Licenses can be obtained through the North Dakota Real Estate Commission.
To qualify for a license, an applicant must have at least 2 years' active involvement as a licensed real estate salesperson (or equivalent, as determined by the Commission). He or she must also complete the required course hours and pass the examination.
