Notice of Tenant's Intention to Exercise Purchase Option

If you have an option in your lease to purchase your rental property, you can exercise that option by signing and serving your landlord with this Notice of Intention form.

• Follow the procedure set out in the lease for notifying the landlord about your intention to exercise your purchase option.
• Typically the lease will provide that a deposit or downpayment must be paid at the time that the Notice is given to the landlord. The form contains an acknowledgement to be signed by the landlord confirming receipt of the funds.
