Oklahoma

Your job as a property manager just got a whole lot easier with these downloadable template Rental Property Management Forms for Oklahoma.

Property management companies in Oklahoma must be licensed as real estate brokers if they are paid to perform such activities as leasing, renting, listing, negotiating leases, or procuring tenants. However, property owners do not require a license to manage their own properties, nor does an owner's salaried employee who manages the property as part of their job.

To obtain a broker's license from the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission, you must be a U.S. citizen or a qualified alien, with at least 2 years of active experience as a real estate salesperson. You must also complete the required courses, both before and after receiving your license.
