UK Succession Tenancy Agreement

This UK Succession Tenancy Agreement allows for a rental unit to pass to a successor tenant after the death of the original tenant.

• The Agreement is made in accordance with Section 89 of the Housing Act 1985. FOR ENGLAND AND WALES ONLY.
