Yukon Residential Lease / Tenancy Agreement

Do you have a house, apartment, mobile home / lot, or a condominium for rent? If it's in Yukon Territory, you can use this standard Residential Lease / Tenancy Agreement to rent or lease it to a tenant.

• The template contains clauses for either a fixed term lease (such as 6 months, 1 year, etc.) or for a periodic tenancy (month to month or week to week). You choose the ones that fit your circumstances.
• The form includes all the standard provisions required by the Yukon Territory Landlord and Tenant Act.
