• Katharine Hepburn was an American actress of film, television and stage. She holds the record for the most Best Actress Oscar wins with four, from 12 nominations. Commonwealth Law Regarding Lien Waivers

There are no statutory forms for lien waivers in Kentucky. But the law only allows unconditional lien waivers if they are partial waivers given for progress payments.
