Lease commercial business premises in Canada to business tenants with these downloadable and customizable commercial lease forms prepared in accordance with Canadian laws.

The parties' rights and obligations are mainly just set out in writing in the lease agreement. That is why it's important for landlords to develop a well structured standard lease form, and for tenants to read and understand the document before signing it.
