This form of license contract is most suited to the sale of retail goods.
The pop-up vendor is granted a license to use the space in exchange for a rental fee, which can be daily, weekly or monthly. The rental fee is subject to GST and (where applicable) HST.
A refundable additional damage and cleaning deposit will also be charged.
The vendor is expected to operate during the market's hours of operation and in accordance with the Rules and Regulations which all merchants and pop-up vendors must follow.
