Quebec tenants, have you been served with a Notice of Repossession by your landlord?

You must respond by serving this Reply to a Notice of Repossession in accordance with article 1962 of the Civil Code of Quebec. The Notice informs the landlord of the tenant's decision, either to accept the Notice and vacate the premises, or the tenant's refusal to vacate.
