Costume Rental Agreement

This Agreement can be used to rent costumes to individuals or to groups (such as families, parties, churches, schools, theater groups).
The customer must return all costumes, wigs and accessories by the return date specified in the rental agreement, or additional charges will be applied.
The customer must pay a security deposit which will be refunded when the rental items are returned, or applied to the cost of repairing, cleaning or replacing costumes if necessary.
Items held for a customer longer than 24 hours will require payment of a holding fee.
