WY property owners, give notice to lien holders and other interested parties that you are making improvements to your property with this Wyoming Notice of Commencement.

• The Notice of Commencement sets out:
  • the date on which construction, improvements or renovations on the property are to begin,
  • relevant information about the contractor, the surety, and the property owner, and
  • a description of the work to be performed.
