Notify a subcontractor that a property owner has withheld payment of an invoice for their services with this Contractor's Notice of Non-Payment form for Alberta.
- The Notice is given under S. 32.3(5)(a) of the Prompt Payment and Construction Lien Act.
- The contractor notifies the subcontractor that some or all of the amount payable to the subcontractor is not being paid within the specified time period because of non-payment by the property owner.
