Relationship of the Parties

Insurance Coverage

  • The licensee is responsible for carrying worker's compensation insurance for him/herself and his/her employees (if any).

  • The broker's E&O insurance coverage is secondary and non-contributory to any E&O coverage that the licensee is required to maintain through their provincial or territorial regulator.
  • The licensee is encouraged to carry cyber/media liability insurance covering its own real estate business.

  • The parties agree to settle disputes by way of binding arbitration.
