Texas Final Bills Paid Affidavit by Contractor
Before you can get final payment on a construction project, you'll need to provide the owner with this Texas Final Bills Paid Affidavit by Contractor.
- The contractor attests that all amounts due to the contractor with respect to supplies, labor or materials furnished for a construction or renovation job have been paid in full.

Texas Bills Paid Affidavit by Subcontractor or Supplier
Before you can receive a progress payment for work and materials on a construction project, you must provide the contractor / owner with this Bills Paid Affidavit.
- The subcontractor or supplier attests that all of its laborers, suppliers and subcontractors have been paid for work, materials, equipment and supplies during the stated pay period.
- The subcontractor waives all rights, claims and causes of action against the contractor and the owner arising during the pay period.
- The affiant (the person making the affidavit) agrees to indemnify the contractor against any loss or damage arising from any false or incorrect information in the affidavit.
