State Law Regarding Lien Waivers

Nevada lien laws require specific forms for both conditional and unconditional lien waivers. These forms conform to those requirements.

State law also prohibits waiving of lien rights in the contract. However, it does allow for the waiver of lien rights prior to payment, provided the proper form is used.
