Prince Edward Island Eviction Notice Form 4A
Start the eviction process by serving the tenant with this Form 4A Eviction Notice for Prince Edward Island.
- The Notice can be used by PEI landlords to terminate the tenancy of tenants who:
- have not paid the rent,
- have behaved in a manner that has disrupted other tenants,
- have damaged the rental property or failed to keep it clean,
- failed to pay the damage deposit, or
- for other reasons allowed under the Rental of Residential Property Act.
- The notice is effective 20 days after service for non-payment of rent, and 1 month after service for any other reason stated in the notice.

Quebec Notice of Non-Renewal of Lease by Lessee
If your lease is due to expire and you do not intend to renew it, you must serve your landlord with a Notice of Non-Renewal of Lease by Lessee, in accordance with article 1946 of the Civil Code.

Quebec Notice of Rent Deposit
Quebec tenants, if your landlord is not fulfilling its obligations under the lease, you can pay your rent to the Tribunal administratif du logement instead of to the landlord.

Quebec Notice of Rent Increase
