Parties to Agreement

The parties to the Agreement are (i) a studio that produces and markets a variety of adult products for sale online and through retail outlets, and (ii) a filmmaker / producer who will produce the films for the studio.

Key Provisions

• The producer agrees to produce and deliver a certain minimum number of films during each year of the term of the Agreement.
