Purpose of Rental Agreement

This Agreement is between a campground operator and a camper who is renting the campsite or RV site at a daily rate set out in the Agreement. 

Rental Rates

There are different rental rates, based on the type of campsite required. The rates include electrical and water, and applicable sales tax.

Right to Relocate or Remove Camper

The campground operator may relocate the camper to another space, if necessary. or may demand that they vacate the park in an emergency situation, without liability.

Camper's Obligations

The camper shall be responsible for all damage caused to the camping site by its family, guests, pets, etc. The camper must abide by all applicable laws, statutes and ordinances. Pets must be kept on leash while on-site.

Indemnity

The camper agrees to indemnify the site operator for loss, damage or injury except in the case of negligence or wilful misconduct.

Scope and Fees Payable Under the Agreement

• All artists and artisans participating in the pop-up event must adhere to the licensor’s code of conduct.
• The code of conduct covers the use and maintenance of the space, as well as the content of the works on display, signage, and branding.

Indemnification

• The vendor must indemnify and hold the licensor harmless against any claims, actions, and damages arising from the vendor's participation in the event.
