PEI Notice of Rent Increase
Before you can raise the rent on a rental unit in PEI, you must serve your tenant with this Form 8 Tenant Notice of Annual Allowable Rent Increase.
- The landlord must inform the tenant:
- how much the increase is,
- what the new rent will be,
- how much of a percentage increase this is,
- what the maximum allowable increase is,
- the date that the rent for the property was last increased.
- The lessee (tenant) has the right to have the rental increase reviewed by the Director of Residential Rental Property within 10 days after receiving the notice.

PEI Tenant Notice of Termination
Notify your landlord that you are ending your tenancy by serving them with this Tenant Notice of Termination for Prince Edward Island.

Prince Edward Island Eviction Notice Form 4A
Start the eviction process by serving the tenant with this Form 4A Eviction Notice for Prince Edward Island.
- The Notice can be used by PEI landlords to terminate the tenancy of tenants who:
- have not paid the rent,
- have behaved in a manner that has disrupted other tenants,

Quebec Notice of Non-Renewal of Lease by Lessee
If your lease is due to expire and you do not intend to renew it, you must serve your landlord with a Notice of Non-Renewal of Lease by Lessee, in accordance with article 1946 of the Civil Code.
- The Notice informs the landlord of your decision not to renew the lease at the end of the term, and sets out the date on which you will vacate the premises.

Quebec Notice of Rent Deposit
Quebec tenants, if your landlord is not fulfilling its obligations under the lease, you can pay your rent to the Tribunal administratif du logement instead of to the landlord.
- In order to do so, you must serve your landlord with this Notice of Rent Deposit, in accordance with article 1907 of the Civil Code of Quebec.
- The Notice informs the landlord that, due to the landlord's failure to fulfill its obligations, the tenant is depositing the rent with the Tribunal administratif.

Quebec Notice of Rent Increase
Quebec landlords, if you plan to raise the rent or change the conditions of your tenant's lease, you must first serve them with a Notice of Rent Increase and Modification of Another Condition of the Lease.
- The Notice is given in accordance with articles 1942 and 1943 of the Civil Code of Quebec.
- The tenant is notified that when the lease is renewed, certain conditions will be modified, including an increase in the amount of the rent.

Saskatchewan Immediate Notice to Vacate
Before you can evict your tenants for rent or utility arrears, you must first serve them with this Saskatchewan Immediate Notice to Vacate and Notice of Arrears.
