California Notice of Recording Form
CA property owners, notify your contractor and any additional lien claimants that you have recorded a Notice of Completion or Notice of Cessation with this Notice of Recording.
- The Notice is in accordance with CA Civil Code Section 8190 and reflects the 2012 amendments to the Civil Code.
- It must be served on the direct (general) contractor and any lien claimants who have already served you with a Preliminary Notice.
- The form includes a Proof of Service Declaration to record the details of how the document was served on the receiving parties.
