Pennsylvania Power of Attorney to Purchase or Sell Asset
Are you buying or selling real estate, a vehicle or other personal property in Pennsylvania? If you are unable or unavailable to be present to close the transaction, appoint an agent to act for you with this Limited Power of Attorney form.
- The Power of Attorney gives your attorney-in-fact the power to sign all the documents required to complete the purchase or sale and transfer ownership of the property on your behalf.
- If you are selling property, you can also authorize your attorney-in-fact to receive and distribute the sale proceeds for you.
- Your attorney's powers and authority only remain in effect until the deal is done, after which the power of attorney automatically terminates.
If you can't be there to get it done, download the Pennsylvania Power of Attorney to Purchase or Sell Asset and have someone you trust do it for you.
