    Quebec Notice of Repossession

Quebec landlords, if you plan to repossess a rental unit so that you or a family member can live in it, you must first serve your existing tenant with this Notice of Repossession in accordance with article 1960 of the Civil Code of Quebec.

The Notice informs the tenant(s) that the landlord intends to repossess the premises on a date specified in the form, so that either the landlord or a relative of the landlord can reside in the premises.

This Quebec Notice of Repossession form is an English-language form provided by the Régie du logement.
