USA Reconciliation Agreement (short form)

Separated spouses who plan to reconcile can revoke the terms of the separation agreement with this short form Reconciliation Agreement for U.S. residents.

• Each of the spouses releases the other from all claims provided for in the separation agreement.
• Any property that was already transferred between the spouses remains absolute.
• The parties' statutory rights of inheritance or property are restored.
