Washington landlords, if you have a tenant who is in default under the terms of the rental agreement and has been served with a previous notice, serve him/her with this Notice to Quit, in accordance with the requirements of the Residential Landlord-Tenant Act.
The Notice informs the tenant that, as the tenant has failed to vacate the premises as required by a previous notice, the tenant now has 3 days to vacate the rental unit or the landlord will proceed with legal action. A Service of Notice form is included, to record the details of service.
This Washington Notice to Quit form is available in MS Word format, and is easy to download, fill in and print.
